We wanted to inform you all that we have called everyone on our Call Back Lists. If you have not heard from us please give us a call. 

  • Microblade Follow Ups-  We have called, left voicemails, & emails to ensure we could see you all and have mentioned multiple times that these follow ups will ONLY be until July 22nd.  Anything afterwards will be seen as a "Yearly Touch Up" Service.
  • We will start seeing new clients after July 22nd! Thank you everyone for your patience in scheduling as we got back to normal!
  • We are overjoyed to let you all know our ONLINE BOOKING will resume starting July 13th.  

Late/No Shows/Cancellations Policy UPDATED:

If you need to cancel please call/email us at least 24 hours in advance so we have enough time to offer that appointment time to someone else. Calling last minute will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service fee. If you are more than 15 min late to your appointment you will have to reschedule and there will be a 50% fee applied. Arriving late to your appointment will cut into your own time with the technician. No shows, will be subject to 100% of the service fee with the credit card that held the appointment. If you hold any sort of Voucher then we will have to redeem it in order to stay in our policy guidelines and the service will not be done.
